Telluride Gymnastics is searching for an exceptional NinjaZone & Parkour Program Director to lead, grow, and help shape the future of its youth movement programs in Telluride, Colorado.
This isn't simply a coaching position.
It's an opportunity for the right person to take ownership of a program, develop athletes and coaches, introduce new ideas, and build something they can be proud of—while becoming part of a close-knit mountain community.
THE OPPORTUNITY
We're looking for someone who loves working with young athletes and has a background in Parkour, NinjaZone, Ninja Warrior, gymnastics, tricking, trampoline, freerunning, or a related movement discipline.
The Program Director will have the opportunity to:
Lead and grow the NinjaZone & Parkour programs
Coach athletes through progressive skill development
Develop creative classes, camps, events, competitions, and private lessons
Mentor and develop other coaches
Build relationships with athletes, parents, and the community
Help market and expand program participation
Bring new ideas and energy to the program
Create an environment where kids develop confidence, strength, discipline, resilience, and a genuine love of movement
We're particularly interested in someone who doesn't just want to coach a program—but wants to make it their own.

MORE THAN A COACHING JOB
The right candidate will have the chance to become a highly visible leader within Telluride Gymnastics and the broader community.
The position is structured around approximately 40 hours per week during session timeframes, with opportunities for additional involvement through private lessons, events, camps, and competitions.
Compensation is intended to be competitive with the market, with additional incentives that may include a Telluride ski pass bonus and performance-based compensation.
Most importantly, we're looking for the person who sees the possibilities.
Someone who can look at an existing program and say:
“I know what we could build here.”
